Description: Figure in biscuit of lying young man. Modeled by Bertel Thorvaldsen in Rome 1821-22. This reproduction made at Bing & Grondahl in the late 19th century. The figure belongs to figure group (seen above Our Lady Church's porches) "John the Baptist preaching". In good condition condition. Factory marks on the back of the base with B & G and ENERET. 26 cm long and 14 cm high.
